Well known vegetables of the Garonne valley, tasty tomatoes from Marmande, plums from Agen, asparagus from Dropt sandy valley,... 
We are blessed to live in such a place. Above all when we think about pairing these ingredients with Saint-Emilion, Monbazillac or even Sauternes wines! This region belongs to the heart of gastronomy.
We are very strict regarding the freshness and the organic origin of each ingredient. And, of course, each dish is freshly home made!

Food and wine are our passions. We marry them with these two magnificent and unusual proposals: Food and wine pairing experience and Picnic in the vineyard
Food and wine pairing experience takes place at your location and allows you to discover and enjoy different local dishes pairing with the best wines. Pascal will explain each dish, each flavor and why it works so well with this wine precisely. He will also tell you all the history of our area, the English presence during centuries, our way of life,... little secrets and even more.
Picnic in the vineyard is a full program including a visit of a vineyard, with a tour and presentation of the wine process, the cepages and their history. You will visit the chais and go on with a lovely picnic by the vineyard, tasting the wines of the property. An unforgettable day!
