Sylvie and Pascal came recommended to us by the owner of the villa we booked for our summer holiday. They were so easy to communicate with ahead of time and promptly arrived well prepared. The food was so delicious! They used fresh ingredients and it was certainly a lovely break from cooking for ourselves! If you are holidaying in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to book them!

We had the joy of Sylvie and Pascal cooking for 12 of us (8 adults and 4 children) one evening during our stay and what a treat!
The menu was thoughtfully designed with local ingredients and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Both children and adults were catered for perfectly.
Sylvie and Pascal make an excellent team, so warm and personable. From the pre-evening communication, their engaging conversation and leaving everything pristine at the end, we could not ask for better hosts . It really was so special and an experience we hope to repeat if we are back in this region. 5 stars!

Just getting in touch to say thank you so much for making our dinner with you so wonderful! We really enjoyed your company and I'm still dreaming about those mushrooms and apple dessert with Armagnac! The service was seamless and the added bonus of no tidying up allowed us just to relax for the rest of the evening.

Full catering, all week long
"We have just arrived back from a 10 night stay in the Dordogne. We rented a villa and to make our holiday extra special we chose Sylvie and Pascale to look after our catering needs.
Communication before our holiday was reassuring, they understood what we wanted before we arrived and we felt confident in putting our trust in them.
During our stay Pascale was always on hand to deliver a professional and knowledgeable 'front of house' service. Pascale's knowledge on the local region's wine, food and history meant we learnt a tremendous amount about how to appreciate the Dordogne to its fullest.
Sylvie's food was outstanding, especially the gourmet menu she designed. Will we ever taste duck this good again? What made this extra special was that the standard of food was consistently high throughout our stay.
What a great team Sylvie and Pascale make. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. They made our holiday truly memorable.”

“After a recommendation I got in touch with Sylvie and Pascal and they arranged a picnic in a local vineyard for my family (a party of 8). We were not disappointed! After some knowledge from Pascal about the grapes with some history and very interesting facts about wine making and indeed the surrounding area we sat down for our lunch in the middle of a gorgeous vineyard surrounded by trees. Each course was delicious and the wine thoughtfully paired to make sure the wine and the food tasted their best. Pascal’s knowledge of wine is incredible and Sylvie’s cooking is some of the best I have ever tasted – so much so in fact, we had them back to our house a few days later to prepare an amazing dinner at home for us. I cannot wait to go back later in the year and do it again.”

"Babeau is a stunning villa in beautiful surroundings. We found everything that we needed in the villa for three generations (58 years to 5months old!) After a fun filled day exploring, we would return to Babeau for an evening barbeque washed with plenty of local wine. Despite having two babies with us, the villa had a plethora of evening activities to offer and we would stay up into to small hours enjoying a game of card / ping pong / darts.
On the evening that we arrived at Babeau, we were greeted by a phenomenal buffet created by the wonderful Sylvie. An array of beautiful homemade dishes were laid out before us and were quickly devoured! Having said this, there was such an incredible amount of food that we were able to continue enjoying it for the next four days! Particular favourites included the quiche, chocolate pots and extensive cheese board. We were then once again met by Sylvie on our fourth day at the villa as she had agreed to take us on a tour of a local vineyard, acting as our translator. Sylvie was informative (she had done extensive research of her own before taking us) and exceptionally friendly. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Sylvie and we would strongly recommend having her cater for you! It was refreshing to find a small business where we could deal with the same person every time that we had an enquiry. Tracy and David were incredibly accommodating and helped to make our stay truly memorable. From arranging celebratory birthday banners on arrival to organising a bespoke wine tour around a local villa, nothing was too much to ask for. Furthermore, their expert knowledge of the local area meant that all of their recommendations exceeded expectations. We look forward to booking our next holiday with Holiday Cottages and Villas.
